HEALTHY DİET


There are two main effects of having a healthy diet on humans. The first effect is on our body. A balanced menu which includes enough amount of carbonhydrats , proteins , fats , vitamins and sugar nourishes our organs. Thus, our immune system will be stronger. Having strong immune system increases our resistance and protects us from illnesses , viruses and bacteries. The second effect is on our mind. Fish , nuts ,vegetables , fruit in other words nutrients provides our nerve cells with necessary substances. If these are consumed regularly , nerveous system will be better. As a consequence of this , we will probably have strong memories. In conclusion , if people want to have a good memory and strong body they should have a healthy diet.
